This is probably the stupidest thing to be bummed out about but I got a comment onĀ āI Want It That Wayā on ao3 about an hour ago. So I guess this user was new to the story and was about half way through and said along the lines ofĀ āpairing is voting thatās a bummer. im going to drop. goodbye author.ā with a wish of good luck from covid-19. This was chapter 6 so before all of Endeavorās BS continued. This user left a previous comment on the chapter before about wanting Endeavor and Aizawa to be together. Iām not even sure why this is bugging me so bad. I thought I made it clear with the first authorās note of the entire story that Endeavor and Aizawa werenāt going to be endgame and that it was either going to be Erasermight or Erasermic.Ā
This comment has literally been on my mind since the second I read it. Itās not even a bad or negative comment. It wasnāt the pairing this person wanted (which the next chapter Endeavor and Aizawa bonded but that didnāt last long cause they arenāt endgame.) Like, did I not make it clear enough with the pairing tags and the tags themselves or even the authorās note???? I dunno. I guess Iām over thinking things and Iām still on the fence about the whole Erasermight/Erasermic/AllEraserMic thing anyway. Erasermight is definitely happening at least since thatās what my wonderful and amazing readers voted for but yeah.Ā
I donāt even understand why Iām so bummed out. I was in the middle of writing the next chapter to Love The Way You Lie and just stopped cause I canāt get it out of my head. I donāt know if itās because they commented about the pairings and decided to say they were done with the fic or what.Ā
So yeah... on hold with another thing cause I literally canāt get my mind off of it. Itās not even a bad comment and I did reply that I was glad they liked the first half of the fic at least.Ā
