Right? Okay so whose side do you think Bright is on?? Because why didn't he do anything for Morse?? AND why doesn't Thursday's family know he's in the hospital? Because if they did know, don't you think they'd be there with him?

The thing is, we're mostly seeing things from Morse's perspective so we don't know what Bright is up to. I'm willing to bet he's going to do his part to save the day, though. I mean, here's a man who's made it pretty clear that he's fair and willing to work with his officers. And in series 2 they went out of their way to show us that Bright is actually going to relatively great lengths to protect Morse (inquiring after him in Trove, asking him whether he needs more time, excusing his outburst, then giving him another chance - you might interpret this as weakness but I see someone who's quite forgiving and forthcoming as long as he's got a reason to?). So basically we just don't know what Bright has done for Morse. He didn't seem surprised or clueless when those other detectives arrested Morse. My guess it that he knew about the arrest warrant (he's the Chief Super of Oxford City after all) and he took a gamble because it could just be that prison is the safest place for Morse right now. So, essentially, he's playing the long game, and he's playing it safe - which might probably not end up the best possible outcome for Morse but it's the only way he knows how to act (and the rest will be up to Morse - I bet he'll be delighted to have ended up as some kind of damsel in distress).
And as for the Thursdays. Could be no one has let them know about Fred yet and they're anxiously waiting to hear back from him (same as Monica, who's waiting for a sign from Morse - only that he probably never told her about where he was going and what was going on). Could be it was more common back in the 60s to wait for news from the hospital at home (although idk that seems a bit unlikely? You know Win wouldn't just stay put).
Idk idk at least that's what I've come up with so far so thoughts and ideas are always welcome (even if it all ends up being heartbreaking because this is Neverland blblblbl).

I sometimes just imagine to myself what the outtakes for Peter Jakes' dancing scene looked like. I would gladly pay to see Jack Laskey and Sara Vickers trying to film that scene.
I like to think that Jack Laskey nailed it on his first or second try. He's just that talented (let's face it, it takes talent to dance that badly - especially when in during the end of As You Like It he just goes with the rhythm).
Peter Jakes dances like me and I'm sorry buddy but that's not a good thing. /I'm dyspraxic./ XD
I'm sure Peter Jakes is just really, really immune to all things rhythm and soul. Oh well, he tries. Oh my God, does he try.
This is prolly just me being crazy but I draw one more visual parallel between Neverland and the final Morse episode, "The Remorseful Day" (I mean other than AE Housman verses). There's a shot when they're putting Thursday in ambulance (not dead, his face isn't covered) looks like its shot at an angle overhead sorta the same way the final scene in TRD is, when Strange takes Lewis to the hospital morgue to say goodbye to the newly-dead Old Morse.
I'm not sure this isn't just down to good cinematography and a certain, dynamic way to shoot scenes but, yeah, that'd be a nice touch. Shaun Evans has stated that there's lots of allusions and little titbits that refer to the old series, most of whom he doesn't even know about (since he hasn't watched Morse and 'only' read the books) so I think there's lots of different ways to watch and interpret scenes (which is brilliant!).
