I came up with a small spell for studying and finding the mental energy to do it. (It is *almost* my first spell but I tried it and it helped! I hope, it can help others too)

Materials:

- your favourite fruit to eat 

- fresh/cold water

- a candle

A spell:

1. Pick up your favourite fruit which you’re gonna it. Clean it under the water if you need

2. Put a glass of water near it and light up a candle (if it helps you to do the spell or channel the energy. You can do it without a candle in the library or the school, it’ll look like you’re just having a snack)

3. Take a bite, drink water and then read an incantation

With fresh water and fresh fruits

I will go to knowledge roots.

I will learn and I will write

And my thoughts will rise and fly.

Mental energy I’ll find

Let this be my shining guide.

4. Eat, drink and repeat until you’re done with the fruit (please, don’t read aloud while you eat/drink, because you can choke)
