If I need a pattern I usually head to Ravelry first to check what they have. I only use a pattern more than once if I can’t remember it. XD

You can look on various blogs and such. The majority of my patterns come from ravelry.
Agreed - Ravelry has a damn amazing collection of patterns, most available elsewhere, but some, not that I'm aware of. I don't know that I've seen very many physical crochet pattern, aside from the ones I've printed out, and the ones I got in the teach yourself to crochet book I have -- I guess I did get some crochet magazines from my Granny, too!
