It's been years but I still think one of the funniest things I've ever seen was when one of the local hospitals sent out a post saying "Happy EMS week to all of the Doctors, Nurses, and Ambulance Drivers" and had to change it within 5 minutes.
EMS Week is today thru May 24th. This year's theme is We Care. For Everyone.Β
Every day, countless EMTs, paramedics and dispatchers give their all caring for their communities. They care for people from every possible background and walk of life.
Many of our members work in EMS, and bring that same dedication to their work in Operation Hammond. Today, we'd like to thank them, and all EMS clinicians who provide the same care and compassion to every patient.Β
