STORY: Plays right after the events in Rift Apart

The Emperor SOMEHOW managed to escape Bubbles' grasp

Noticed that a tiny shard of the Dimensionator's Phase Quarz got stuck in his plating

He manages to use the tiny shard to build a very unstable and weak Mini-Dimenstionator

The rifts it creates are very unstable but he manages to reach the Doctor to get his revenge on him

He kidnaps the Doctor (right in front of Lawrence)

When escaping through a portal with the doctor in his grasp, the shard in his Mini-Dimensionator loses its power and the portal collapses, glitching out and fusing the Emperor and doctor together

(Lawrence calls Ratchet and co. for help after seeing his boss get kidnapped)

Notes on the fusion:

Their consciousnesses are seperate

Two minds trapped in one body

fight over who's in control all the time

(Emperor tends to win and is in control most of the time, but the doctor sometimes suddenly takes over when Emperor lets his guard down)

can hear each other's thoughts (when thought clearly enough)

can feel each other's emotions (when intense enough)
