In counseling my therapist used to have me draw a heart and create a small chart for the feelings I had. Then I had to color it in based off how much I was feeling those specific emotions.

So I decided to use the colored pencils as the base and then randomly paint the colors based off my emotions of the last few weeks (basically all of them since this quarantine business has started). And here is my chart and my heart. My emotions are allllll over the place these days.
