@embxllmer sent: “ If you win this game, you’re just going to leave like everyone else does. “ The Hunter said with crossed arms in front of his chest as he looked away. He knew how things would go and how all of it would end. Despite that, he didn’t wish for the photographer to stay here. “ If you leave, make the best out of it. Don’t seek to be trapped in here for whatever reason and enjoy your freedom… and please… just don’t forget me… that’s all I’m asking of you… “

Joseph came to this manor because the letter he received promised that he would “find who he needs most”. Ever since that moment, he was certain that the letter was referring to his lost twin... The longer he spent in this game, seeing all these impossible things and magical abilities of this game’s master, the more he believed that it was possible to get his brother back. As long as he won, he would be reunited with his twin...
But now, being here with the hunter and hearing his words, he realized he was wrong. He won’t find Claude... he’s already found who he needs. Claude was gone and he will never return, but Aesop had somehow managed to fill the shell of a man with warmth and life once more. He wouldn’t be complete without the Embalmer... He finally found what he needed most, and it was Aesop.
A pale hand went to rest on the hunter’s arm before he laced his fingers through Aesop’s. He knew that he had to escape this manor, but not for himself. Maybe if he won, maybe if this game were to end... he would still be able to be with his beloved.
“If I leave this manor, I will come back for you,” he promised. “I cannot be happy without you in my life... You are the reason I found myself in this manor. I refuse to leave here without you, and if I cannot take you with me, I’d rather rot here than leave without you. I need you, Aesop... I love you...”
