Guy II Embriaco (died January 1282) was lord of Gibelet in the County of Tripoli.
He was the son of Henry I Embriac and his wife Isabella of Ibelin. He succeeded his father as lord of Gibelet in 1271 and adopted the name and arms of Ibelin.
In 1277, he kidnapped the heiress of the Alemann family to marry her to his brother, which caused a dispute with Bohemond VII of Tripoli, who intended to marry her to the nephew of Bartholomew, Bishop of Tortosa. Guy defeated Bohemond, who set out to attack Gibelet. Guy defeated Bohemond once more in 1278.
Bohemond had his revenge in January 1282, when he captured Guy and his brothers at Tripoli and buried them up to their necks in a ditch, leaving them to starve to death.
