Send a ✺ for my muse's reaction to yours hitting mine out of anger
The hit had come as a surprise and she loses her balance, stumbling back and crashing to the floor — taking her supplies with her. She immediately crawls away from the other, for fear he was going to advance upon her and she’s now cowering in the corner; it was from past experience that he would — but of course this wasn’t Apathy, even if her mind was attempting to make her believe it was.
”I didn’t mean too! I’m sorry! I’m sorry!”
She’s not even sure what she’s done, but whatever it is — it’s her fault. Tears stain her cheeks as she looks up at the other, eyes wide with fear; he’s a wolf, she’s sure he can hear her heat beating a mile-a-minute, but she’s trying to collect herself.
She’s curled up in the corner of the room, knees pulled against her chest as she tried to make herself appear smaller, or, in the best case, invisible and he would just leave. She wouldn’t voice such a hope out loud for fear that he’d hit her once again for speaking out.
