Celebrating the wedding of Shalva bas Solomon (Sloe Meyers) and Hayim ben Moshe haLevi (Hayman Levy). They were members of New York’s only synagogue, Kehilah She’arit Israel (Congregation Remnant of Israel), which is the oldest Jewish congregation in North America (established 1654).
