was really delighted by the original fish/pattern by @clownskribbles, so I've been working on my own fish friend since friday — eighteen different stash fabrics, four zippers, and two fabric store trips later, and now she's done and ready to swim off to have some adventures!

#em makes stuff #FISH ART MYSTERY DAY #hobbit the cat #<- he's here for scale #several people sent me the original post for my fish image collection and. well. making it could not be avoided.#it's just so fish #the red twill fabric I used for the interior is the one I bought years and years ago for tiny keith's uniform coat...#finally found a different home bc I have put that off enough times that I begin to doubt I will ever get around to it #also I swapped out the square carabiners for d-rings and swivel hooks since that's what I had access to - not as elegant but it works!#it's so big and chunky and silly and fun and I LOVE it despite how many of my progress pictures have me thumbs-down-ing it #my friend. my large fucking fish.
