Daichi doesn't know what's going on, but he got some of the details from Itadori Yuji and Fushiguro Megumi about it before they head out to Shibuya.

Around seven p.m, a curtain that is so wide, Daichi heard that it's about 400-metre radius, is cast on the center at the Tokyo Department Store Toyoko Branch. Nothing comes in or out of that curtain. Daichi has been there before as the Department has many levels and one of the lower levels is connected to the train station. And before he went there, he made sure to let his dad that to take the Yamanote Line and not the Shibuya Line. It's a train straight back to Saitama. Letting Dad know that it's just crazy train delays due to the Halloween crowd. He knows his dad works in the business sector of Tokyo and works late. It wasn't a complete lie, but he wanted to keep his dad safe before hanging up his phone.

Right now, it's like a hostage situation and what's really crazy that curse users and a couple of curses are working together. It's nuts.

Right now, he's paired with Kumoshin once more as he walks over to him, "Kumoshin...what's the status so far?" He asked him curiously as Eito is perched on his shoulder. He hopes the others are alright: Kiyoki Sakukari and Shakuya Hyodai.

He knows that they're going to be alright. Man, this is going to be one huge freaking mission. It's freaking exciting! ------ Meanwhile inside the barrier ----

Dressed in a magical girl outfit, a girl is leading her friends out. However, none of them are like her, so this is a little tricky to get out of here without her high-school friends. "This is something." Hina Hongou is here to have a good time with her friends on Halloween night, but for some reason, it seems like she got caught up in an interesting turn of events involving monsters and other stuff here. A big barrier is cast upon them. Good thing, she's lucky to be trained by the Demons of Oda about cursed energy and all that jujutsu stuff. She managed to defeat some creatures that were grade 2 or semi-1s that were getting in her way. Easy peasy~! She hopes her friends from Oda, like Hayato and Maki, can make it here. It seems like this place is about to get fun! Speaking of which..

Who is this Saturo Gojo guy anyway? ----- Outside of the Barrier -----

"We got break down this freaking barrier! Who the hell casted this freaking thing??" Hayato growls. He is with Maki Aikawa, who is also concerned about this. She told her friends to stay back, or rather, get out of Shibuya as soon as possible. She can tell this is big. Very big. Both are on the rooftop of a building near the barrier. They hope Hina is doing okay.

"What about the sorcerers? Should we leave it to them? Torahito said that we shouldn't get involved, or the sorcerers think we're the ones behind it." Maki asked. She hasn't met a sorcerer, but she heard the ones in Tokyo are pretty good compared to Kyoto students.

"I gotta say no to that, Aikawa. Sorcerers are taking too long to respond, and Hina is in there. Somethin must be going on, we don't know about it" Hayato growls. "But we gotta sniff the area, and I can tell which ones are sorcerers from Juju Tech and the ones who aren't based on their clothes." He said. And so the night begins..

"Kumoshin-san?" Daichi wonders if he did something wrong. He made sure not to screw up. Hell, he is trying his best knowing he got this. He thought he was about to shout at him or heck...whack him over the head with his kanabo, but what he did is him tussling his hair. Huh?!

It made Daichi blink and close his eyes at this. He is shocked by this, but doesn't mind this at all. But as the tussle continues, making Daichi speak up.

That's the sound of something soft and a light boing hitting Daichi in the head. It was cold and slushy.

He hates winter, it is really cold, and he had to use his cursed technique to keep himself and bundle himself up from getting a common cold and hypothermia. Not only that, it can weaken his flames. The only good thing about winter if a fire starts inside a building or such, the cold winds can spread it faster.

Not a problem until you need to find a way to put out the fire that rages on. It will take time.

But Kisho Hashimoto?

Getting up for school is always tiring. But today and most likely the next three years. Kisho Hashimoto is excited for the day since this school trains people like him. Sorcerers! Ever since coming to this school and passing the interview after answering questions that were pretty tough to answer, but he managed. He is now in Tokyo Jujutsu High, ready to take on classes. He is going to learn jujutsu and other stuff. He makes sure to write down notes and such. That way, he will become the greatest sorcerer ever.

Now he has arrived with his luggage and slangbag. He sits down on the bench while Eito is still resting inside his bag as he waits for someone to arrive.

He takes the time to glance at his phone. He lets his parents know that he has arrived in Tokyo and is now waiting for his ride to arrive. Although he did hear that another first-year student is coming here as well! He wonders who his classmate would be.

"Okay, Kiyoki, so where are they located?" Daichi PheonX is holding up a special walkie-talkie, talking to someone whose unique cursed technique has this building locked down.

"Shoot! Hold on! I'm sorry, Kiyoki!" He got slapped after blowing up yet another building. This time, Sakukari Kiyoki told him that he has the curse in its sights. The problem was that the curse can turn itself invisible or rather camouflage against the wall like a chameleon.

Although it was fairly obvious because the lizard did look like it.... Regardless, he and Kiyoki were sent to exorcise some grade 3 curses inside a rundown school. The task was simple as they have their roles. Daichi went in and Kiyoki activated her technique by touching a building and right away, her map was granted to her. A cursed technique called Blueprint where she can see everything of a building's layout. Not only that, there's more to this technique. When told that she can change the layout of the building and she knows where the enemy is by pointing out the red dots, Daichi listens to her intently with eyes beaming.

"Amazing so you're like a dungeon master!" Daichi smiled. Daichi has a habit of comparing techniques to fantasy terms in order to understand them."I bet the blue one is me, right?" He asked, tapping on the scroll. Kiyoki nods.

Once he gets a better understanding of her techinque, he just needs to listen to Kiyoki via walkie-talkie. Easy as pie. Daichi trusts her as he follows through where the curses are and eliminates them without any hassles. The ones who try to flee end up getting trapped thanks to the layout changes under Kiyoki's commands.

"Nice work, Dungeon Lord!" Daichi grins hearing that Kiyoki objecting that she didn't like that name. "Come on, it's a codename. Would you like if I call you Lady of The Backrooms?" He laughs. He can hear her sighing on the other line. And soon, Kiyoki tells him to stop and that there's a curse right in front of him.

"Wait...what curse? I don't see it." He said, blinking. She continues to tell him there is as she sees the red dot. "Kiyoki. I am standing in front of the hallway right now so there is no way I can see it. There is nothing, I can sense but-" Daichi senses it but where?

And that's where Eito, his shikigami squawks sensing the curse which Daichi evades just by mere seconds as something passes him, and rams into the wall,. It was an invisible curse as he could see shimmers and static as it was revealed to be a lizard, but it wasn't. Oh no.

"Crap!" Daichi starts to run down the hallway. "Kiyoki. The curse is invisible! I need support!" He said as behind them, holes appeared on the ground but the chameleon curse scales the wall to evade the pitfalls. It is still gaining on him. He was told to go to the other door where the door started to shrink, he entered before the chameleon got trapped due to the shrinking door. In response, the chameleon shoots out a tongue at Daichi which the flame sorcerer evades.

Having enough of this, Daichi yells, "Sorry about this! I am going to do it again!" He readied a fire arrow and what soon followed was a booming sound that caught Kiyoki off guard as fire bellows from the floor. The floor collapses and what emerges out of the building is Daichi and the smoked lizard curse that is now dead, fading to dark dust, finally exorcised.

Daichi coughs, "Okay! Just to be fair...that curse surprised me. I was almost a goner." To which he got slapped by Kiyoki because she told him that she got his back and he didn't even need to blow up part of the school. She keeps on slapping him, asking what he was thinking, and not listening to what she says.

Daichi immediately apologizes because he didn't mean to make her so worried back there.

"Please don't be mad! I'm sorry! Your cursed technique is still cool! It's my fault." Daichi pleads for forgiveness, clasping his hands together and rubbing them up and down in a prayer.

"How about this?! I make it up to you. How about I buy you something." Said Daichi. "Or maybe lunch, it's my treat." He said to appease the other sorcerer. Kiyoki sighs but agrees, telling him that it shouldn't happen again.

"No promises!" He got slapped upside the head for that.

"OW!"

Daichi felt the smack on the head and looks at Adrian, "I said I was sorry! I thought it was the best strategy to exorcise the curse!" He explains it to Adrian

By best strategy, he ran to fight the cursed spirit head-on to rescue the hostages that the curse intended to use as leverage or as a meal. The spirit in question was a semi-grade 2 or so he thought. He manages to do the dumbest reckless things to beat the curse and rescue the hostages. The curse looks like a boar with strong arms and a big head. If Daichi learned anything about boars, they were the most dangerous animal. It takes a lot of firepower.
