This certainly was the place the locals had warned her about. They had given up trying to convince her not to go to the cursed castle. Her constant questions and intrigues pushed the locals away, some even going as far as to call her “doomed”, “a wasted life”, “poor thing”, and many other variations. It didn’t bother her at first, chopping up their words to mere superstition, but now that she stood inside the dark domain, her courage had shriveled to the size of a raisin.
Clutching at her beloved tome of ancient hunter stories, Elia crept further inside. She was here now, it would be regretful if cowardice took place. After so long of searching for this very place, she had to see it through to the end. Even if there was nothing here.
Perusing the corridors blindly, the petite blonde explored rooms, washrooms, kitchen, ballroom, and many a parlor. After a time, she came to one door that was more intricate than the others. It set itself apart, whether by detail or aura, it was difficult to tell. There had to be something beyond, something vastly important and ready to be discovered. Inhaling deeply, the knob was turned and the space infiltrated.
Blue eyes trailed along the decorations littering the room. It was larger than the others she had come across, so she came to the realization it must’ve been a “master bedroom”. Pale fingers brushed along the dresser’s surface, taking her time before finally focusing all attention on the massive bed.

Just a little smuggling across some borders, no questions asked, nothing too serious. Except the guy who gave him the bag also gave him the creeps and Eli's curiosity got the better of him. Government documents galore~ From across all the material planes!
