#elsewhere roseverse

Hi! Core Chara is a concept not used much in the fandom. I’m sure Barna didn’t create the concept, but Barnaclegirl, my co-writer and the owner of Elsewhere as a Undertale multiverse concept, created ELSEWHERE as a whole. She’s not in the fandom, and my story of elsewhere does not exactly align with the canon she created. However, because of her not being in the fandom and also not involved much with the current plans of Roseverse, the Elsewhere you see was completely designed by me. Core Chara’s personality and design is also different from her canon, and Player and Wallie being involved in Elsewhere is also all by me. All the characters in Elsewhere are also made by me besides Player. I’ll put two pictures of the differences between them. First is canon Core Chara who is younger and more mischievous, while the one next to it is my version.

Hello! I’ll give you some fun facts and dynamic stuff

-Core Chara and Player don’t celebrate birthdays, but every so often they will gift each other smth and claim it’s a birthday gift.

-Player notes down all of Chara’s favorite things to better help her when she has a bad day. Chara only has to run her fingers through Player’s hair when he’s upset and he starts bawling and lets it out.

-Player has nightmares of Chara dying and him losing her. He knows it isn’t possible, but he still gets antsy when he doesn’t see her often, even after they fight.

-Chara is scared Player will get fed up and leave. Player is scared Chara will finally see him as a monster and hate him.

-Player’s main motivation is not purely out of love, but he wants to keep Chara happy and hopeful. He believes that if she was able to see smth good in him, despite how twisted he is, then if she loses hope, then the multiverse as they know it is over. Keeping her happy and content and at ease is his top priority bc seeing her cry makes him believe he’s failed, which is why he got so angry at Core Frisk.

-Core Frisk and Core Chara both have the right to be angry in their fight. However, Frisk stretches it out and stays stubborn due to them being younger and angry.

-Core Frisk and Player never used to be friends, but Frisk used to admire him at least a bit. They really wanted him to join the Omega Timeline and tried so hard to get him to like them, but he always found them annoying. They are slightly jealous Chara was able to do it instead

-Frisk and Player avoid each other heavily. Mainly bc Player is the only one who can harm Frisk since he’s a fourth dimension entity, and because Frisk makes him wonder if Chara would look that tired if he failed her one day.

Player fun facts

-Player is basically like a big guard dog. He’s affectionate with those he loves but a jerk to everyone else. To be honest, Player isn’t very against touch. He’s quite affectionate when he wants to be, but he also limits that to certain people, which is Chara and Wallie. However, Dakota slips into that too, but more in a friend way since they get along pretty good.

-Player was a mama’s boy. Therefore, he treats woman with utmost respect, especially ones older than him. Whenever he cross paths with Dream he gets shy and will flee- so Dream doesn’t fully understand what people mean when they say he’s so evil. She just thinks he’s a shy kid.

-This also means any boys in ElseWhere who are mean to woman bc they are at that preteen age, he will threaten and treat coldly.

-Player also has derealization issues that Wallie is aware of, but Chara isn’t. Wallie will find him in the dark staring into the fridge with empty eyes, and will have to coax him back to the present. These two have a very quiet and off screen friendship so far. I hope to do them more justice in more chapters since they are just as close and sweet.

He’s very very protective of Core Chara, and when he found out that Frisk made Chara cry one day, he got livid. But even before then, he didn’t like them too much and saw them as pretentious.
