I don't use Twitter except to like stuffs but I didn't want to leave this unanswered.
The only character who fit those criterias perfectly are mitzi and zib. Rocky, freckles and mordecai all have small snouts like ivy. Freckle has what look like eyeliner and a very round face. I don't see any difference between male and female eyes aside from female having pronounced eyelashes.
Nina and her sister have face markings, even when they were young and conventionally pretty.
Elsa has a pronounced snout like zib.
Ruby peeper has no markings and a tiny snouts.
Serafine. Also have a pronounced snout and slited pupils .
The only major case of unnecessary sexual dismorphism is the females having a full hairdo. Tomcat in real life do tend to have a fluffier face than their female counterparts. And I suppose the "wigs" for the female are there so they don't look bald without sideburns. I feel like op only watched the pilot and based their assumptions entirely off of this. It's very generalizing and a little disingenuous.
