Today I got fitted for and ordered a custom made kilt in the Elliot(t) clan tartan. I went with the ancient colors because the fabric was nicer and the colors will look great, especially with my hair! I'll get it in 10-12 weeks. It'll be made with 6 yards of fabric (wow!) and it'll have a lovely buckle and strap (in the male style because it's sturdier and looks better). It's going to be made so that it can be adjusted in size if need be in the future. I've really enjoyed learning more about the Elliot clan while we've been here and I'm so excited for my kilt!
