Anyway, I get a better read after talking with someone but from a glance they look like a person who takes their job seriously. I'm not an expert on hylian fashion but it reminds me of the outfits hylian soldiers wear but it has way more personality! The cape makes me think of Yona's fins. I love how she'd move just to make them swish like a dress.
