Here comes the bride… You’ve done your part and voted on all the big day details of Elle Fowler’s wedding, and the YouTube beauty guru brought you along for the ride as she got wedding-ready! Now it’s time for her and Alex Goot to say their “I dos” — and you didn’t think we forgot your invite did you? Our Brides Live Wedding video series went behind the veil, following Elle through her journey as a bride-to-be — from wedding dress fittings to makeup trials — and right up to the altar where she’s ready to wed her sweetheart in Santa Barbara, California’s Bacara Resort & Spa.

“This is it! I’m getting married today!” That’s the sign of a blushing bride ready to make it down the altar. Like every bride, Elle got her day started by just trying to keep the emotions down,”I feel pretty chill today. I’m just soaking it all in,” she says. Next, it was your chosen sultry wedding beauty look, courtesy of Mary Kay celebrity makeup artist Moani Lee. As Lee got started, Elle confessed she didn’t get much sleep the night before. Uh oh! Lucky for her Lee is a pro with the concealer and no one could tell the difference.

Up next on the wedding day list, gorgeous cascading waves — primped and polished by the hairstyling experts at Sexy Hair. A half up, half down ‘do got a modern update with some fishtail braids and a bejeweled hair accessory tucked in to Elle’s flowing blonde curls. The big moment comes next with Elle slipping into her romantic ruffled Monique Lhuillier wedding dress (chose by you, of course!). And you did NOT let her down, wow did she look gorgeous. Even Elle’s mom couldn’t help but tear up at the sight of her gorgeous daughter.

And you know who else had tears? The groom, naturally. After hinting at a bit of perfectly natural wedding day jitters (“I thought i’d be a lot more nervous than I am. That’s a lie, I’m pretty nervous. I think i’m ready. Ready for forever.”) Alex got escorted to his bride with eyes closed for a sweet first look. His reaction when he sees her is just precious — trust us, you can’t miss it. “Did I look beautiful?” Elle asks Alex, “There are no words,” he responds. Ok guys, you’re giving us #marriagegoals already.

You’ll have to see the wedding ceremony’s insane backdrop and the reception’s perfectly color coordinated decor for yourself — you chose it after all. But amidst the sweet vows, there was some comic relief, courtesy of the officiant. “Elle, Alex, we all come here tonight grateful for the first time you clicked on each other’s YouTube videos,” he said to roaring laughter from the crowd. Too cute!
