#CHARLOTTENC - #silveralert #ElizabethSmith , 66, walked out of her home on Balsam Fir Drive between 4:30 and 6 p.m. Wednesday and has not been seen since. The #CMPD is looking for the woman, who has a known cognitive issue and may be lost in the area. Smith is black and is 6 feet tall. She was last seen wearing a blue shirt, unknown color pants and grey Nike sneakers.  She has her hair pulled back in a ponytail and is walking with a black push walker.
