I read Lou's men's health interview because of your post and I feel sad now like the tone was lighthearted but some of the things he said :(
yeahhhhh there's a lot going on in that interview. i'm glad he's in a healthy mental space nowadays, but it's crazy to read the difference between him and his dad.
i love hearing him talk about going his own way and stepping out from under his father's shadow. i also love that he was a trainer, i think he has the right tempermant for it and would bring such positive, supportive, genuine vibes - such a contrast to his dad's training style.
