In a perfect world Eliwood and Hector would be able to marry each other, and I'm not even joking. They were already heavily linked in FE6, and Hector thinking he'll lose the respect of his brother and Ostia as a whole if he went off to help Eliwood (he doesn't know that they like him more than he thinks they do) and deciding to do it anyway is such pure love that I can't help but smile every time I think about it.

Plus their supports and general relationship within the story is really just that cute to read.

If I had to pick other pairings, then Eliwood/Ninian is all but canon nowadays given how IntSys likes to treat them, which is fine, I think their relationship is very well written as well.

Then there's Lyn which... kind of boring for Eliwood, but fine for Hector, mostly because there's a bunch of bonus scenes between Lyn and Hector specifically in Hector mode that help cement a bond that can transform into something beyond friendship.
