Dear Gus & Magnus,

Gus woke up at Eli's mom's house, then went to Eli's dad's house, then went back to his mom's house for another sleepover. Mom and I are working from home and we feel like we haven't seen our oldest son in a week. Bryan sent us this photo.

Late in the afternoon, Gracie and Meredith came over to play with Mags. Their moms came over to hang with Mom. I made a trip to the grocery store. Laura invited us over for chicken & dumplings.

Dear Gus & Magnus,

We finally got around to celebrating Gus's birthday a month after his actual birthday. Mags spent the night with Yiayia. William, Jack Bailey, Eli, and Isaac all came over to spend the night. Gus requested hot dogs for dinner, then we took them to the retro-arcade in Sherwood for a couple of hours, then came back for his requested "doughnut cake" (that Yiayia put together) and a movie.

These boys have an insane about of energy in this summer before 3rd grade.

They finally went to bed at almost 11pm. I came down soon after and as I descended the staircase in the dark, I heard one of them tell me, "I'm the only one still awake," and then someone else said, "I'm awake, too!"
