Create an elegant and delicious charcuterie platter for your cocktail party. This assortment of cured meats, cheeses, fruits, and condiments is sure to impress your guests and elevate your gathering to the next level.
Ingredients: 200g Prosciutto. 150g Salami. 150g Chorizo. 100g Brie cheese. 100g Camembert cheese. 100g Blue cheese. 150g Grapes. 100g Mixed nuts. 1 Baguette. 1/4 cup Fig jam. 1/4 cup Grainy mustard. Olives and pickles for garnish.
Instructions: The Prosciutto, Salami, and Chorizo should be put on a large platter. Add the Blue, Camembert, and Brie cheese to the platter. Cut them into small pieces. The grapes should be washed and dried, then spread out on the platter. Put the mixed nuts in a small bowl and set the bowl on top of the platter. Cut the baguette into thin rounds and place them all around the platter. To go with the meat, put the fig jam and grainy mustard in small plates. For extra flavor and variety, top with olives and pickles.
