“my dear lisa, i don’t want to disrupt your work.”  a genuine worry, he knew her wrath was one to avoid at all costs. yet, if she was going to harm him for keeping silent, then perhaps honesty is the way to go as he leaned on the table she was working on.

to be fair, it wasn't like childe went around telling everyone about his family. though he loved to boast about his loved ones, especially his beloved younger siblings, he knew it better than to put them in jeopardy blabbing about them in enemy nations. though he probably didn't look it, childe was very much not a loud-mouthed idiot. did he have a mouth on him? yes. but he knew when to shut it.

Maybe there is a more serious, pressing matter in Lisa's mind. Either way, he intends to go with her and find out. He will either a) celebrate with her, b) listen to her worries, or c) both!
