Elemental Logic Applied to Pokemon Games
Fire is fueled by dry Grass and helps mold Steel, it kills Bugs and melts Ice, and is quelled by Water or sand from the Ground or can be snuffed out by a large Rock
Grass is nourished by Water and breaks through the Ground and Rock, but is damaged by Bugs, Flying creatures (like birds) and Fire, can be frost damaged from Ice and killed off by a Poison like herbacide
Water helps quell Fire and mold the Rock and Ground in landscapes, yet, it can be absorbed by Grass and leaves anything it drenches susceptible to Electric shock
Any Normal creature is able to handle almost every element and houses a Ghost (or a soul in this case), but, can wind up Fighting and losing if they don’t have anything to bolster their strength
Electric components are fueled by Water and Wind (Flying type component) generators, but are leveled out and protected by a Ground component.
Ice damages Grass, harms reptiles (which is what a Dragon is), freezes and kills Flying creatures and covers the Ground, but can be melted by Fire, carved by Rock and Steel, and immunities (Fighting) to icy conditions can occur in mammals and species native to icy regions
Fighting champions expose themselves to harsh conditions such as complete Dark and Ice ladened landscapes, they can crush a large Rock with their bare hands, can break the very Ground they stand on and use Steel armor when facing strong foes. Granted, they are outwitted by Psychic precognition, outwitted by Fairy folk in folklore and mythos, and can be outwitted by fast Flying creatures who can escape their grasp
Poison can kill of Grass and has been known in folklore to kill Fairy folk, however, it can be absorbed into and present in minerals in the Ground and there are individuals that can use their intelligence (Psychic) to identify poisons and create antidotes to them
The Ground consists of sand that can quell Fire, is comprised of crushed Rock, can absorb Electric shocks, absorbs and consists of Poison minerals, and, under heavy pressure, creates and fortifies Steel. However, I can be eroded by Water, have Grass break through it, and be covered and smothered by Ice
Flying creatures eat Bug and Grass materials and can quickly escape the grasp of anything planning on Fighting them, and their claws and/or beaks and fangs can break the Ground, however, they are prone to Electric components (such as power lines and thunder), can be frozen or harmed when Ice sets in, and can be killed or injured by a well aimed Rock throw.
Psychic intuition can be useful when Fighting to avoid hits from landing and in Poison identification to avoid ingestion. However, fear of a Bug, Ghost, or the Dark can hinder them weak.
Bug species prefer Dark environments underground, eat Grass and inflict fear (Psychic) on creatures they can prey upon. However, they can be killed by Fire, crushed by a Rock or eaten by Flying creatures
A Rock can break through Ice, quell Fire, crush a Bug and kill or injure Flying creatures, but it can be crushed by sheer strength (Fighting) and Steel tools, be broken by Grass, eroded by Water and returned to the Ground in its crushed state
What is a Ghost but a soul trapped in a Normal being’s body that’s given a Fighting chance, but they also find themselves roaming in the Dark of night longing for the day they can see light once more, their presence strikes fear (Psychic) in to the hearts of their victims, granted, the only thing that can fight a ghost is another Ghost
A Dragon can stand toe to toe with others of its kind, but, it can be vanquished by the cold of Ice, quelled with a Fairy weapon or kiss, or taken out by another of its kind. The Dark is something that can be feared (Psychic) and house other things that are feared (such as Bug, Ghost, and Fairy folk). But Fighting champions use the dark to their advantage to overcome foes, yet Ghost loathe the dark as it reminds them of their demise and their fate to never see the light of day.
Steel can break through Ice and Rock and in folklore can slay Fairy folk. However, it is molded by Fire, formed by the Ground under heavy pressure, and wielded by Fighting champions, but some steel is composed of Poison compounds
Fairy folk can outwit Fighting champions and Dragon-like creatures in folklore and live in the Dark forests to seclude themselves. However, they fall prey to Poison in their environment and can be slain using a Steel weapon.
