Evergreen Campus Shops - 3x3 - Clothing and Electronics Shops

Hello everyone,

This is the last build for my University so far. I have plans for building some houses for rent, another but more modern looking dorm, possible greek houses with modern architecture, as I’m not a fan of eclectic buildings, and a little corner grocer in the residential area. 

I will share the map and the ‘hood view when I find the time to show you all, how I planned for these 4 lots to appear. I’m open to ideas about what else I can build for the university hood.

Verona City Mall - 3x3 - Mall

Hello everyone,

This is an edit of another lot I created a while back. I edited the exterior to fit in with Veronaville’s architecture because I made this lot for my downtown of Veronaville; Verona City! It has a pet shop, clothing store, grocery store and electronics store.

You don’t have to download everything in the list, they are packaged with the lot file. However I strongly recommend using  Sims 2 Pack Clean Installer to install this lot and for all your other lot and sim installs in Sims 2.

Grandrapits Mall - 3x2 - Mall

Hello all,

This is the mall lot in my custom hood. I’ve already shared the apartments and the nightclub from the same ‘hood. This one is built in the same style as them. It has every shopping need a sim could imagine. There is a clothing store (with jeweleries and colognes), an electronic store (with gadgets kiosk), pet store and a grocery store. I thought  calling it a mall would be the best name for it. 

It has minimal CC. I tried to use as little as possible. Most of the stuff I used in previous lots as well.
