“A humble begining of a university hood”

Hello everyone, this is the master post for all the buildings I created for my university hood. There isn’t much in here yet but I have plans to build greek houses, houses for students to rent and corner shops maybe an arcade. 

I used the Pitchfork River map which is made by M.M.A.A. from Modthesims. I added the map and the links to the lots under the cut as I will keep updating this post to link to the new builds I make in the future. 

Evergreen Tech Gym and Olympic Pool - 4x4 - Pool & Gym

Londoste - 4x3 - Restaurant

Hello everyone,

This is originally a maxis lot with the same name “Londoste”. So the credit goes to them. I edited the exterior, lot size and added hot tubs, dart boards etc. Fixed a few things that were bothering me with the layout and here it is. I’m using this one in my Verona City (Veronaville downtown) and in case if anyone is interested this is the download of it.

You don’t have to download everything in the list, they are packaged with the lot file. However I strongly recommend using  Sims 2 Pack Clean Installer to install this lot and for all your other lot and sim installs in Sims 2.

The Static of Verona - 3x3 - Teen Hangout (roller skate rink)

Hello everyone,

Like the previous lot, this is also an edit of another lot I’ve built a while back. I’ve created this one to go along with Veronaville’s architecture and it is in the downtown I’m building for Veronaville: Verona City.

There is a small dance floor, arcade games, grill and a skating rink inside the lot. I use it as a teen hangout but you can easily use it primarily as a skating rink.

Wow. It’s been 3 years. I’ve been so busy trying to be an adult (and then have a breakdown and fall into the deep pits of quarter life crisis) that I forgot all about my simblr. And I see that most of you are still simming like there’s no tomorrow! Which is a super nice thing to see that cheered me up a little bit. Especially seeing that Sims 2 is still very much popular among simmers. <3

I have a question and I would be so happy if simmers would pass it along and give me some ideas. To cut the long story short I’ll just ask:
