Election Project reports as of November 1st, 94,006,161 Total early votes just days before the election. In addition, here’s data for in-Person Votes: 34,045,137 • Mail Ballots Returned: 59,961,024 • Mail Ballots Outstanding: 31,385,941 as of November 1st.Â
