apple & berry picking, elderkins farm september 2017
my lovely friend kat and her wonderful fiance richard came to visit me from ontario a week or so ago. so we drove out to the valley and went apple* and berry picking! and ate ice cream! (times a lot!) and saw weird birds! and ate more foods! and talked about their wedding (in which i am a bridesmaid)! and stayed up late(ish)! and had a jolly good time! :)
*a handful of the apples were transformed into the apple butter i successfully canned a few days ago. woo!Â
