     ⭐     she wonders what his reaction is going to be this time. If he’s used to being prepared to get surprised by someone crawling around in the vents and engine and living in the ship without him knowing. Cherri slipped into the Milano when he met up with her captain for an exchange. She was having a fight with him , because when was that not happening , but this was one of those times where she’d disappear.

She’s sitting and eating something  ( she didn’t know what it was but it was good. ) when he appears , hoping that she could get the satisfaction of at least catching him off guard. There was the option of popping out from somewhere , but that was too much work for now. Instead, she throws up a peace sign in greeting. 

HERS  IS  A  NEW  FACE,  one she was not yet used to. the set of her mouth, the length of her nose, the color of her hair. she was a stranger to herself. she can only imagine how strange she must appear to him. her guilt had claws and burrowed deep in her gut when she approached him, avoiding his eyes like they would wound him. she hadn’t meant to disappear, not for so long. but as her body strained under the weight of eternity, the spirit could stay no longer.  fingers reach up to tuck a tress of midnight black behind her ear, eying him almost shyly as she exercises her equally new voice   ❝ hello. . . peter.  ❞

It wasn’t often that Cir did show affection without wanting something but Cir hasn’t seen him in a LONG time. The bastard been busy with superhero stuff and Cir has been dreadfully lonely. Staying with Roxanne sucked! But she wanted a chance to sort through her problems before going back to being a little ravanger.
