🍏       ❝   it’s  definitely  missing  something.   ❞  the  ghost  studies  the  tree.  chad  is  rather  grateful  the  harmons  have  abandoned  the  idea  of  holiday  cheer  this  year.  it  meant  he  could  decorate  how  he  wanted,  even   if  christmas  wasn’t  his  favourite  (  its  still  a  relief.  )  he  takes  a  sip of  the  spiked  punch  that  may  as  well  be  unspiked,  &  looks  down  from  the  ladder  at  violet.   ❝  what do  you  think ?  it  needs  more...  i  don’t  know,  just  more,  you  know ?   ❞

          “I have something for you, old chap.” With an innocent expression, Adam placed a box down in front of Claude. When he opened it, he’d find a brand new electric shaver. Top of the line! “Merry, um, Halloween.” Most gave candy, but this was much more urgent.

His adrenaline had kicked in and his heart raced as they’d taken shelter. The war had begun and despite his insistence that he remained out of it he had been pulled in. They all had, any and all who had chose not to be part of the stupid thing had been pulled in with out a choice. His first instinct had been to run, to get away, to get as far away from ground zero as possible. 

“W-what? No! I can’t.... I can’t just leave you here!”, he said clearly agitated as he looked at her. So many would perish in this damned war, so many would never come back because their people were gone. He didn’t want to leave Bast behind, he didn’t want to find out whether she could return or not. 

“There has to be another way”.
