The secret ritual:

imagine yourself in a cemetery(or any place of the dead)

in front of you visualize a mighty tree, heavily laden with "fruits" (the "fruits" being anything which you desire)

at the base of the tree visualize an altar bedecked with jewels, gold, etc.

now place upon the altar an image of Blue Tārā herself

hear her laughter echoing in your ears as her seed syllable

at her call all around you the corpses, bones and skulls of the dead dance to her mirthful laughter

now envision hovering above your own body and watch it decay, worms and animals come to feast on your corpse, mushrooms grow from your remains, until your bones come free to join the playful dead around you...

Blue Tara

Ekajati is also known as "Blue Tara", Vajra Tara or "Ugra Tara". She is generally considered one of the three principal protectors of the Nyingma school along with Rāhula and Vajrasādhu.

Often Ekajati appears as liberator in the mandala of the Green Tara. Along with that, her ascribed powers are removing the fear of enemies, spreading joy, and removing personal hindrances on the path to enlightenment.

Protector of the most secret inner tantras.

As the protector of mantra, she supports the practitioner in deciphering symbolic dakini codes and properly determines appropriate times and circumstances for revealing tantric teachings. Because she completely realizes the texts and mantras under her care, she reminds the practitioner of their preciousness and secrecy.

She is considered to be the most powerful goddess in the Vajrayana pantheon, and just by listening to her mantra all hindrances and obstacles are destroyed, also bringing good luck and intense religious enjoyment.

She is the supreme protectress of the Nyingmapa (the oldest of the four major schools of Tibetan Buddhism) practices.

“She is one of the 21 Taras. Ekajati is one of the most powerful and fierce protectors of Vajrayana Buddhist mythology. According to Tibetan legends, her right eye was pierced by the tantric master Padmasambhava so that she could much more effectively help him subjugate Tibetan demons. She is generally considered one of the three principal protectors of the Nyingma school along with Rāhula and Vajrasādhu (Wylie: rdo rje legs pa). According to Namkhai Norbu, Ekajati is the principal guardian of the Dzogchen teachings and is "a personification of the essentially non-dual nature of primordial energy." Dzogchen is the most closely guarded teaching in Tibetan Buddhism.”
