âWell how am I supposed to get it out otherwise?!â
Frustration was written all over his face, how a simple thing as ice cream could cause such an emotion was still a big mystery, but i had happened. The thing was, that the ice cream cone he wanted had gotten stuck between a bunch of other ones, now this may sound like a small problem but considering Heejun wanted the one at the bottom, it was a much harder task. For another person this wouldâve only taken a few lifts of the ice creams around the other, but it seemed like the had stuck together, their paper sticking to each other like glue. Sort of. It was kind of a like a tug war between him and the ice cream, the girl was right though, he should really stop man-handling the poor ice cream.
âYou know what? Letâs just get a freaking box of ice cream instead of this stupid cone.â
Behaving like a child was nothing new and for once Heejun didnât even think of what the other people in the small store would think of him. Being almost 20 it would be considered that one could behave outside but the male didnât think this would bother anyone or affect anyoneâs life. At least he hoped so, the only thing that did slightly bother him was the way the female would look at him, would she think he was being silly now? Then again, who would blame her if that was the case.
social justice warrior who? itâs ice-cream justice warrior now. who knew yeonha would fight so hard ( not really ) just for the safety of a frozen treat? no one saw it coming, no one... ALRIGHT, maybe thatâs a bit of a lie. she very often shows signs and tendencies of being defensive and protective over food. there isnât much she wonât eat, nothing sheâll really push away if her stomach rumbles loud and long enough to be considered annoying. in all honesty, the hollered sentence was totally something natural for this particular parkour goddess. after all, she is the one who still bought a pack of candy when she was just given a free bag of chips, claiming it needed a friend. but at the same time, sheâll openly and proudly call herself a pig.Â
the truth? itâs both of them. sheâs both a big eater and someone who apparently cares about the feelings of the items sheâs about to devour. strange, she has more of an attachment to food than she does to actual living, breathing humans - ones who could possibly return the feelings. but enough talk of her beliefs, back to the actual shenanigans, the literal fiasco unfolding. heejunâs hand is probably elbow deep in a freezer, trying to tear cones apart, sort through them to pick his desired type / flavor. she doesnât blame him, really, sheâd probably endure the same struggle if it meant sating the craving she had on her mind. but it honestly is unnecessary, a waste of time.Â
yeonâs own fault, truthfully, âcause she could be helping, but instead just stands there, poking fun, because the ice cream sheâd wanted is already within her grasp, just waiting to be paid for and then eaten. in the meantime, however, currently beginning to melt in her sweaty hand. âa box is probably a better deal. will you share it?â she asks as if sheâs just making sure before she decides to put back the treat sheâs already picked out. really itâs just her hog senses tingling, and she has no intentions of putting anything back, only picking more stuff up. âtonightâs plans: get literally sick on snacks.âÂ
