→ it’s ingrained in yuzuru to respect his superiors since birth, so even before he meets eichi, he pays tori’s idol a great amount of respect and admiration. though, he had never thought that the scion of the tenshouin family would be anywhere as frivolous as eichi... nor one who would tease him to no end.

→ eichi has had butlers and servants tend to him all his life, though they’re usually all old and dull, and none so much as fascinating as yuzuru is. behind that handsome and cool facade he hides something darker and definitely much more fascinating, which only fuels eichi’s desire to get to know yuzuru better and play around with him.

→ it is through their strange interactions that yuzuru winds up cherishing his relationship with eichi more than he thought, so it irks him a lot when eichi tramples all over his feelings with his careless manner of speaking. one time eichi jokingly asks if yuzuru had a crush on him, to which yuzuru affirmed; at the end of the day, the one surprised isn’t eichi, but yuzuru, when eichi tells him he reciprocates those feelings.

→ yuzuru honestly doesn’t have much time to dedicate to a relationship, but he somehow makes it work, especially since his master is often annoyed that yuzuru gets to spend time with eichi and not him. sometimes tori gets to tag along on their dates, but most of the time yuzuru likes his time with eichi to be quiet and peaceful, the two enjoying each others’ presence and the comfort it brings.

→ eichi whines a lot that yuzuru treats him more like a master than a boyfriend, but perhaps it is the circumstances that force this to be so. cuddling with yuzuru sometimes leads to eichi having really bad heart palpitations, and yuzuru is quick to offer medical assistance. what’s better is that at the very least, yuzuru visits him at the hospital with a bouquet of flowers and a kiss each time.
