Okay at first I was pissed at the eir ads but now I just think they're pretty fucking class
Earlier this year there was an SMS scam doing the rounds which told people they had won vouchers to spend in their stores which turned out to obviously untrue,Dunnes, did respond on Twitter to inform people that it was indeed untrue and there was no vouchers up for grabs you can see the post on this over HERE
Just now I have received a new SMS again with no source or ID on it, the sender info is as seen below.. Also to note on clicking in again the link brings you to Eircom too which is something to take note..
This as previously will have a link in the SMS and when opened it will lead you to this so called Dunnes Stores or a new iPhone voucher, however if you are using a decent device which will warn you which you can see below… these are all the links which I have checked to hopefully prevent someone being to caught out..
As before just DO NOT OPEN any link you get in a strange SMS and delete immediately. Dont forget to share this with your friends via the options below, enjoy the weekend folks.
