Daily MCO Drink #398, MCO Day #400: MILLION DOLLAR COCKTAIL, made with 2 parts Eiling Lim Nasty Nangka Gin, 1 part Eiling Lim Private Selection “Shun” Single Cask sweet vermouth from Lacuesta, 1/2 part pineapple juice, 1 egg white, 1 barspoon of grenadine syrup, dry shaken first for foam, then over ice, and strained. Double whammy of Eiling Lims today LOL. Wanted a little more tropical-ness in the drink to go with the pineapple, and the distinct nangka flavours really stand out nicely here.
