These biscuits with bacon and egg stuffing are the ideal morning snack. With flaky biscuits, cheesy eggs, and crispy bacon, they're incredibly tasty and simple to make.
Ingredients: 8 slices of bacon. 4 large eggs. 1 can 8 biscuits of refrigerated biscuits. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Cooking spray.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 175C 350F. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Take out and let dry on paper towels. Small pieces of bacon should be crumbled. Cook the eggs in the same skillet until they are the desired doneness. They can be made into sunny-side-up eggs or scrambled. Add pepper and salt for seasoning. Take off the heat. Tear open the biscuit can and divide into 8 individual biscuits. Using your hand, flatten one biscuit to form a tiny circle of dough. In the center of the dough circle, place a spoonful of scrambled eggs and a sprinkle of crumbled bacon. Add a small handful of shredded cheddar cheese on top.
