After about 3 years, I revisited my base code and decided it needed to be completely overhauled.
This theme is fully functional on its own, but you can use it to make your own themes! I wanted to include blocks and variables that I don't usually see in base codes (like highlighted posts and day pages) without making it too overwhelming. You can view the preview blog @eggbasecode to see how it looks without editing.
Unlike the previous versions, I wrote an in depth guide to go this base code. This includes a general overview of how HTML and CSS are used in themes and explanations on what the blocks and variables are doing.
I still consider the guide a work in progress at this point, so feel free to request more!
