The Battle of Odessa begins. The EFGF open with a combined barrage of artillery, missile and rocket launchers, then push in on the target region from multiple directions.

The Federation's 4th Army descends from the North, the 2nd and 7th Armies attack from the Northwest, and General Revil's 3rd Army attacks from due West. EFAF squadrons launch from bases in Kyiv, Sofia, and Istanbul. Federation forces stationed across the Black Sea carry out a non-stop bombardment on the combat zone.

I saw plenty of Gundam cosplay this weekend.  There were a handful of Federation and Zeon soldiers, but these two stood out (also, I couldn’t snag a picture of the other ones).
