I was ripped off by a craigslist ticket scam yesterday. I sat for a bit staring feel stupid after I had realized I “fell for it.” I’ve been wanting to see @depechemode since I bought my first cd, a “Policy of Truth” single when I was 10. My parents didn’t know cause anything that wasn’t “Christian” was frowned upon. I played that song on repeat probably 2000 times. @davegahan_official Was a human voice that I connected with in an indescribable way. A man, sharing his truth w/ conviction, strength and was free in his feminity. I had to go see them. So After sitting for a while, I said “#effffit this is my story and I’ll make it go like...I got ripped off, got over it, it’s just money and I bought another ticket and went solo, besides, it’s my birthday gift to me :) I think it’s a much more interesting story. Also, I learned once again to listen to my intuition that said “It doesn’t feel right, may be a scam.” What story are we making today? Let’s do us. Reach out and touch faith. 🤟🏼 (at Honda Center)
