Pals, why do bodies decide to make so many of our decisions for us? It's so rude! Wanted to hit up ACR early today and stay all day, but now I'm questioning if I'll really even go. My body is just SO exhausted after the last few days that IDEK. I've got that all over "you pushed yourself hard kid" ache. Maybe it's okay to not go today, to change my plans based on what my body is telling me. It's #worldarthritisday and my knees are hella swollen. I'm tired and sore. I'm scared of what effects this freaking executive order president douche bag is going to sign today will have on us all... Even though arthritis sucks (majorly), it's also brought me a lot of cool opportunities to meet amazing people - including some of my heroes - and call them friends.
