At least today was warmer than it had been lately, but that might have been due to wandering down from his usual mountain roaming. It was almost enough to start shedding layers... almost. It was October, and colder winds were starting to roll in...

   An intimidating individual, at best. Though, of course, it wasn't so much the fact that they had appeared intimidating. Rather had the fact stood that the brunet was fearful of the possibility of such an individual would know of he--harsh words often spewed both directly and indirectly in his direction. To say the least, X was not so much a fan of social interaction.

Well, this was certainly quite the odd group.

Pikachu simultaneously felt an onslaught of emotions: Deep confusion at a man both identical and opposite to Ash; Anger at Team Rocket (though they did seem... different, compared to in Unova); A dash of happiness at seeing two familiar faces in the eccentric Pokemon researcher, Bill, and the Hearthome Gym Leader, Fantina. The former, though, took quite a bit of time to remember.
