Canumay East, November 11, 2016. The program, with City Councilor Charee Pineda (@chareepineda) as its action officer, seeks to bring the out-of-school youth (OSY) in Valenzuela to attend the community-based school program of the Department of Education or the Alternative Learning System (ALS) by going from one house to another by the Project Tokbuk coordinators.
