I am constantly on the hunt for food that is healthy, fast and affordable. It’s a hard trio to master and often times one element is sacrificed. That’s why I was excited to find Somersaults on my latest trip through the grocery store. A cute solution to healthy snacking, ‘cause let’s be honest, sometimes you need a little something to help through office afternoons.
Somersaults are “crunchy nuggets baked with sunflower seeds & toasted grains.” I got the dutch cocoa flavor. It was a little over $4 for a bag that is looking like it will last me a week. That’s less than a $1 a day for a sweet treat that doesn’t have much sugar (4g), but also doesn’t taste like cardboard.
