Introducing editR 0.2: a Rmarkdown editor with instant preview

I have recently slowed down my posting to graphzoo for a couple reasons. One is work of course, my academic life is going through a period of intense activity at the moment (which is a good thing). 

The other reason is that I recently dedicated a significant portion of my spare time to developing a new software program (editR) to help people take advantage of Rmarkdown, “an authoring format that enables easy creation of dynamic documents, presentations, and reports from R” (my favorite platform to do data analysis and visualisation). 

Today editR has reached a new significant milestone that makes it easier to install and to use, and I wanted to share the news with as many people as possible.
