umm I suddenly have a new dog ??? his name was Rocco (almost the same as my last dog's deadname!), which I immediately changed to Rothko (after I read a lot abt him and the women in his life lmao. security dude voice 'hes good.' anyway).
he is... so similar to Reggie in spooky ways. similar story, breed, behaviour. it's a bit jarring to just watch a dog carry on his ghost, but like .... exactly what I need
I went to a darrrk place again but now there's a guy!!?! and his name is ROTHKO hell yeah. and he's only a year old so everything is brand new. he found out about cats today (they haven't interacted yet) for the very first time, and he was never allowed inside at all and now he's in an apartment full of Smells
he still settled p quick though. just now I automatically did my evening Reggie ritual of getting high and patting/massaging him, and Rothko LOVED it. he'd been furiously licking our faces every time we interacted all day, and couldn't settle down. I could tell he wasn't used to the attention bc he kept trying to pounce up at me out of habit before smoothing out and sitting back. he stopped licking me completely and passed out!

I'm having the wildest time gang. I'm going through my first true break-apart DID episode and am often terrified of seeing my arms bc I got tattoos there that I don't recognise. I keep them covered at all times, but there is one that keeps popping out to scare me and it's. Poetic
this is Robin Hobb's handwriting that I emailed her to ask for at 3am btw. and got tattooed the day she sent it. bc I identify so heavily with the concept of Changer.
