Lola Bunny looked at the couple with her signature smile and slyly asked.
“So Ben… how are you and Sam planning to celebrate Valentine’s Day?”
Ben Tennyson grins, an arm wrapped around Sam Manson, who’s comfortably tucked against his side. “Easy. We’re watching the cheesiest, most B-rated romance movie we can find and absolutely roasting it the whole time.”
Sam snorts softly, taking a bite of her homemade vegetarian pizza. “It has to have terrible dialogue. Preferably a love triangle that makes zero sense.”
Ben nods seriously. “And at least one dramatic airport scene.”
He squeezes her gently. “I’m cooking. Full spread. Vegan-friendly. No alien tech shortcuts.”
Sam raises a brow. “He’s been practicing.”
Ben pretends to be offended.“Hey. I can cook. I saved the world and learned how to make plant-based lasagna. That’s character development.”
Sam leans into him, clearly pleased. “The real plan,” she adds quietly, “is just… staying in. No villains. No ghost invasions. No mad scientists.”
Ben’s expression softens. “Yeah. Just us.”
He rests his chin lightly against her hair. “Cuddling. Bad movies. Good food. And maybe… no saving the world for one night.”
Sam smiles faintly.
“Best Valentine’s Day ever.”
