Some eclipse photos I took today :D
I think the filter + cloud cover got the best pictures of the partial eclipse before & after the total eclipse. Admittedly you have to zoom in to see it but it really captures what I was seeing when the clouds parted and I could look up with my protective glasses. (Aka, pitch black with the reddened looking sliver of sun.)
during the totality I got some decent pictures despite the cloud cover - but again you gotta zoom in since I didn't while taking the photos
The eclipse was soooo cool. Despite the cloud cover, I had some pretty good views of the partial leading up before and after and while the cloud cover was unfortunately thickest during the total eclipse, I still got some nifty pictures.
However...
Estelle - It is dark. During the day. Do not like. GRRRRR
Then she went and hid on my mom's lap since I took her with me over to my parent's house so I could hang out with them + some out of state relatives who are visiting.
