Indian ECH prices
Epichlorohydrin (ECH) was assessed at Rs 215.00/kg this week, down Rs 5.00/kg from Rs 220.00/kg in the previous week. Indian ECH prices remained under pressure as the domestic market adjusted after recent elevated levels.
The product recorded a sharp monthly decline of Rs 35.00/kg from Rs 250.00/kg, while the fortnightly movement reflected a cumulative fall of Rs 25.00/kg. Earlier market activity had placed ECH near Rs 290.00/kg, underlining the strong volatility seen in recent trading. Despite the latest correction, the current value still remained Rs 36.00/kg above the Rs 179.00/kg level recorded three months ago. Compared with six months ago, the product was higher by Rs 35.00/kg. Indian ECH prices therefore continued to show recovery against older baseline levels even as the short-term structure weakened. ECH prices in India identified support around Rs 215.00/kg and resistance near Rs 250.00/kg, giving traders and procurement teams clear reference points for domestic monitoring, ECH Prices, Epichlorohydrin, Chemical Market, Price Decline, Petrochemicals, Commodity Trading.
